Job Summary / General Purpose of Job
The right person would be a cheerful, compassionate, responsible team player who works with professional ethics and passion. This opportunity includes $18 to $20 an hour, paid vacation and paid holidays, bonus, flexible time, health Insurance contribution and training.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Manage front desk and reception area with grace and great attitude.
- Greet clients with a smile in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to their coordinated destination, and alerting appropriate parties upon arrival.
- Answer internal and external calls in a professional, friendly manner, using a multi-phone system, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone and email.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to copying, scanning, faxing, taking notes, updating, and creating reports.
- Perform updates to clients and team as needed.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Assist with overflow clerical work for attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff, if necessary.
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Ideal candidate must be Bilingual, proficiently read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
- Have a minimum of (2) years of work experience.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar customer service-oriented tasks and responsibilities.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365.
- Ability to always keep a Smile.
