Professional Experience

David Kittrell has twelve years of experience as a practicing attorney in civil and criminal law. He is the head of Community Law Group’s Civil/Criminal Department from 2020 to the present. He has represented clients in personal injury cases against large corporations and has handled over one hundred divorce cases with positive results. In addition, he has provided estate planning and probate assistance for elderly families and their heirs. He has also represented defendants in criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanor to felony, and has tried multiple jury trials. He has obtained judgments and child support orders for single parents in need of assistance.

Attorney David Kittrell currently has no community service experience, but is very excited to begin his involvement in community support activities.He has a strong desire to contribute his knowledge and experience to help those who need it most, and is committed to making a positive difference through his future involvement.
