Christine Farley Randell

Christine Farley Randell is a civil attorney admitted to the Bars of Rhode Island, Florida, and Tennessee. She began her career in family law and special education, working at law firms that served unions and handled areas such as wills, traffic, and landlord-tenant issues. In Florida, she became involved in the education and social sectors, directing a charter school for students with intellectual disabilities and expanding supported employment programs. Since 2013, she has practiced family law at a boutique firm, and in 2023 she became certified as a Special Education teacher in Tennessee while continuing to serve clients in Florida.

Professional Experience

  • Began her legal career as an associate attorney at a small firm specializing in family law and special education. 
  • In 2000, joined a mid-sized firm providing legal services to Teamsters, Laborers, and City of Providence employees. 
  • Transitioned into the educational division of that organization, obtained her teaching license, and was named Director of Education. 
  • Led the expansion of a charter school, increasing grade levels served and developing supported employment programs for youth with special needs. 
  • In 2012, appointed as Director of Development within the same organization. 
  • That same year, took and passed the Florida Bar Exam. 
  • In 2013, became an associate attorney at a solo practitioner’s law office. 
  • In 2018, co-founded a boutique family law firm in Florida. 
  • In 2023, relocated to Tennessee and obtained certification as a Special Education teacher in Jackson-Madison County. 
  • In November 2024, was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. 

Community

Christine Farley Randell worked with an organization in Jupiter, Florida, that provided services to veterans, offering pro bono or reduced-fee legal assistance in Social Security Administration (SSA) appeals and family law matters. Although the organization has since dissolved and she doesn’t recall the exact name, she is able to retrieve it. 

Christine and her family raise versatile hunting dogs and are active participants in the North American Versatile Hunting Dogs Association. She also volunteered at Redemption Road Horse Rescue, a horse rescue organization that has recently closed.
