Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients.
• Represent clients in Family and Criminal proceedings.
• Efficient and Productive Case and client
  management.
• Timely communication with opposing counsel.
• Quality legal work product, timely filing of
  motions and other legal documents.
• Is accountable and responsible able to provide
  reports using case management software to management.
• Effective delegation and proper use of attorney
  and legal assistant time.
• Meet Individual goals and contribute to meeting
  Firm goals, therefore must work well independently and with a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Plus+.

• Must be licensed and able to practice law in Tennessee.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of pertinent law and local procedure.
• Strong litigation experience and capabilities, experience with mediation, negotiations, legal research and writing.
• The ability to develop and mentor others on trial advocacy is a plus+.
• Strategic, forward-focused mindset.

• Ability to effectively collaborate, build consensus and influence outcomes.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle as travel in Nashville and the surrounding county is required.
• Strong desire to grow and advance with our firm.
• Knowledge of immigration law and procedure.
• Law Degree with current authorization to practice imm.
